EPM in Sales

I worked for several years at a large education company. I helped to run a high-end private tutoring business. While high school students were the people receiving the services, it was their parents who were my leads and my clients.

I found out quickly that Each Person Matters when you have a sales goal. One happy client can refer 5 friends. One extra pass through the list of lead calls can drum up the business you need for the month. One satisfied customer can double her order.

In the church, your visitors are your leads. No one can become a member, leader, or otherwise committed participant in your organization without first dropping by and being a visitor for the first time.

How do you track your visitors? How do you contact them? What do you hope they do next?
